Senior Application Scientist

Reporting to:

Head of Customer Project Delivery

Role summary:

A member of the customer project delivery team, with priorities to digest customer requirements and turn them into an iTraX solution(s).

Employment:

Full-time with 25 days annual leave.

Salary range:

Dependent on the suitability and level of experience of the candidate.

Location:

Hybrid remote working, with office based in The Glasshouse, Alderley Park, UK

Requirements:

• Scientific Degree.
• Expertise in business analysis.
• Good understanding and use of computers & software.
• Adaptability.
• Problem solving skills.
• Organised and attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Trustworthy and confidential.
• Pharmaceutical Industrial Experience (Analytical Science preferred).
• Customer Support Experience.
• Full iTraX product understanding (through development).

Responsibilities:

• Design and delivery of impactful iTraX demonstrations to potential clients.
• Maintenance and set up of dedicated demo environments.
• Understanding of customer needs translating into iTraX solutions.
• Configuring development tickets for use with the technical team.
• Management of the post-sales application life-cycle.
• Full QA for solutions and new features before release.
• Creation of Statements of Work (SoWs) for customer solutions & features.
• Assist the Customer Support Lead in support needs.
• Assist Account Managers with customer satisfaction.
• Project management.
