Role summary:

Responsible for being a member of the customer project delivery team. Whose priorities are to digest customer requirements and turn them into an iTraX solution(s).

Employment:

Full-time with 25 days annual leave.

Salary range:

Dependent on the suitability and level of experience of the candidate.

Location:

Hybrid remote working, with office based in The Glasshouse, Alderley Park, UK

Requirements:

• Scientific Degree.
  
• Competence in business analysis.
• Good understanding and use of computers & software.
  
• Adaptability.
  
• Problem solving skills.
  
• Organised and attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Trustworthy and confidential.
• Pharmaceutical Industrial Experience (preferred).
• Customer Support Experience (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Demonstration of iTraX to potential clients.
• Maintenance and set up of dedicated demo environments.
• Understanding and interpreting customer needs.
• Configuring these needs into iTraX.
• Writing development tickets for custom requests.
• Assist the Customer Support Lead in support needs.
• Assist Account Managers with customer satisfaction.
• Project management (as part of development plan).
